You can delete your Ruck Rugby account and associated app data from inside the Ruck mobile app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by email.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Ruck Rugby and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open the Account section.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
This permanently deletes your Ruck Rugby account, profile, gameplay history, avatar, XP, badges, leaderboard data, and app account records from production systems. Some backup copies may remain for a limited period until backups rotate out.
If you no longer have the app
Email [email protected] with the subject line Ruck Rugby account deletion request.
Please include:
- The email address used for your Ruck Rugby account.
- Your Ruck Rugby display name, if you know it.
- A short confirmation that you want your account deleted.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
